  너희는 내 얼굴을 찾으라 하실 때에 내가 마음으로 주께 말하되 여호와여 내가 주의 얼굴을 찾으리이다 하였나이다 (시 27:8)One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

깊도다 하나님의 지혜와 지식의 풍성함이여, 그의 판단은 헤아리지 못할 것이며 그의 길은 찾지 못할 것이로다 (롬 11:33)Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!

그가 임하시되 땅을 심판하러 임하실 것임이라 그가 의로 세계를 심판하시며 그의 진실하심으로 백성을 심판하시리로다 (시 96:13)they will sing before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his truth.

하나님이 그가 하시던 일을 일곱째 날에 마치시니 그가 하시던 모든 일을 그치고 일곱째 날에 안식하시니라하나님이 그 일곱째 날을 복되게 하사 거룩하게 하셨으니 이는 하나님이 그 창조하시며 만드시던 모든 일을 마치시고 그 날에 안식하셨음이니라   By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

그 중에 이 세상의 신이 믿지 아니하는 자들의 마음을 혼미하게 하여 그리스도의 영광의 복음의 광채가 비치지 못하게 함이니 그리스도는 하나님의 형상이니라. (고후 4:4)   The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

그가 세상에 계셨으며 세상은 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으되 세상이 그를 알지 못하였고 자기 땅에 오매 자기 백성이 영접하지 아니하였으나영접하는 자 곧 그 이름을 믿는 자들에게는 하나님의 자녀가 되는 권세를 주셨으니 (요 1:10-12)  He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God--

여호와 하나님이 그 사람을 이그어 에덴동산에 두어 그것을 경작하며 지키게 하시고(창 2:15) The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.

혹 위로하는 자면 위로하는 일로, 구제하는 자는 성실함으로, 다스리는 자는 부지런함으로, 긍휼을 베푸는 자는 즐거움으로 할 것이니라 (롬 12:8)   if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.

(고후 3:3) 너희는 우리로 말미암아 나타난 그리스도의 편지니 이는 먹으로 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 살아 계신 하나님의 영으로 쓴 것이며 또 돌판에 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 육의 마음판에 쓴 것이라You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

상한 갈대를 꺾지 아니하며 꺼져가는 등불을 끄지 아니하고 진실로 정의를 시행할 것이며 (사 42:3)   A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

나의 하나님이 그리스도 예수 안에서 영광 가운데 그 풍성한대로 너희 모든 쓸 것을 채우시리라 (빌 4:19)   And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
