피곤한 자에게는 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게는 힘을 더하시나니 (사 40:29)   He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

나는 여호와로 말미암아 즐거워하며 나의 구원의 하나님으로 말미암아 기뻐하리로다 (합 3:18)   yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior

내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제는 내가 사는 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 그리스도께서 사시는 것이라 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 자신을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음 안에서 사는 것이라. (갈 2:20)   I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

수고하고 무거운 짐 진 자들아 다 내게로 오라 내가 너희를 쉬게 하리라나는 마음이 온유하고 겸손하니 나의 멍에를 메고 내게 배우라 그리하면 너희 마음이 쉼을 얻으리니 이는 내 멍에는 쉽고 내 짐은 가벼움이라 하시니라. (마 11:28-30)   "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

내 형제들아 너희가 여러 가지 시험을 당하거든 온전히 기쁘게 여기라이는 너희 믿음의 시련이 인내를 만들어 내는 줄 너희가 앎이라(약 1:2-3)   Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.

우리가 그에게서 듣고 너희에게 전하는 소식은 이것이니 곧 하나님은 빛이시라 그에게는 어둠이 조금도 없으시다는 것이니라 (요일 1:5)   This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.

아침에 나로 하여금 주의 인자한 말씀을 듣게 하소서 내가 주를 의뢰함이니이다 내가 다닐 길을 알게 하소서 내가 내 영혼을 주께 드림이니이다 (시 143:8)   Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

 그 날에는 내가 아버지 안에, 너희가 내 안에, 내가 너희 안에 있는 것을 너희가 알리라 (요 14:20)   On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

(마 3:24-25)   그러므로 누구든지 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하는 자는 그 집을 반석 위에 지은 지혜로운 사람 같으리니  비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪치되 무너지지 아니하나니 이는 주추를 반석 위에 놓은 까닭이요  "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

              그러므로 너희는 하나님이 택하사 거룩하고 사랑 받는 자처럼 긍휼과 자비와 겸손과 온유와 오래 참음을 옷 입고  (골 3:12) Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

여호와께서 자기 백성에게 힘을 주심이여 여호와께서 자기 백성에게 평강의 복을 주시리로다 . (시 29:11) The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.

너희가 온 마음으로 나를 구하면 나를 찾을 것이요 나를 만나리라 (렘 29:13)   You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

주의 구원의 즐거움을 내게 회복시켜 주시고 자원하는 심령을 주사 나를 붙드소서. (시 51:12)  Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
