눈물을 흘리며 씨를 뿌리는 자는 기쁨으로 거두리로다 울며 씨를 뿌리러 나가는 자는 반드시 기쁨으로 그 곡식 단을 가지고 돌아오리로다 (시 16:5-6)Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.

여호와 하나님이 땅의 흙으로 사람을 지으시고 생기를 그 코에 불어넣으시니 사람이 생령이 되니라. (창 2:7)     the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

여호와와 그의 능력을 구할지어다 항상 그의 얼굴을 찾을지어다. (시 16:11)   Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.

그런즉 이 일에 대하여 우리가 무슨 말 하리요 만일 하나님이 우리를 위하시면 누가 우리를 대적하리요 (롬 8:31)   What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?  

여호와여 그러하여도 나는 주께 의지하고 말하기를 주는 내 하나님이시라 하였나이다 (시 31:14)   But I trust in you, O LORD; I say, "You are my God."

너희는 유혹의 욕심을 따라 썩어져 가는 구습을 따르는 옛 사람을 벗어 버리고오직 너희의 심령이 새롭게 되어 하나님을 따라 의와 진리의 거룩함으로 지으심을 받은 새 사람을 입으라. (엡 4:22-24)     You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

그러나 우리의 시민권은 하늘에 있는지라 거기로부터 구원하는 자 곧 주 예수 그리스도를 기다리노니 (빌 3:20)   But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,

지금은 너희가 근심하나 내가 다시 너희를 보리니 너희 마음이 기쁠 것이요 너희 기쁨을 빼앗을 자가 없으리라 (요 16:22)   So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.

내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제는 내가 사는 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 그리스도께서 사시는 것이라 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 자신을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음 안에서 사는 것이라 (갈 2:20)   I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

여호와 앞에 잠잠하고 참고 기다리라 자기 길이 형통하며 악한 꾀를 이루는 자 때문에 불평하지 말지어다. (시 37:7)Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.    

내가 지혜로운 길을 네게 가르쳤으며 정직한 길로 너를 인도하였은즉다닐 때에 네 걸음이 곤고하지 아니하겠고 달려갈 때에 실족하지 아니하리라 (잠 4:11-12) I guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths.When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble.  

보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그의 이름은 임마누엘이라 하리라 하셨으니 이를 번역한즉 하나님이 우리와 함께 계시다 함이라. (마 1:23)   "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"--which means, "God with us."

기다리는 자들에게나 구하는 영혼들에게 여호와는 선하시도다 ( 애 3:25)   The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him;

우리가 그에게서 듣고 너희에게 전하는 소식은 이것이니 곧 하나님은 빛이시라 그에게는 어둠이 조금도 없으시다는 것이니라. (요일 1:5)   Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
